Service and eligibility

Quiz Europe is an entertainment and educational strategy-quiz game, not gambling, an investment or a way to earn money. The service is intended for people aged 16 or older.

Accounts and fair play

Keep credentials secure and do not impersonate others. Accounts, rankings and virtual items may not be sold or transferred. Bots, hacks, exploits, harassment, threats, doxxing, fraud, spam, filter evasion and unauthorised trading are prohibited.

User content and moderation

You retain rights in original content you submit and grant Quiz Europe the limited licence needed to store, display, moderate and operate it. Content may be filtered or removed. Accounts and features may be restricted for violations. Where reasonably possible, we provide reasons and access to appeal.

Purchases

Digital Android purchases use Google Play Billing and iOS purchases use Apple In-App Purchase unless an applicable platform programme permits otherwise. Virtual items have no cash value. Store rules and mandatory consumer rights govern refunds.

Availability and liability

Maintenance, network failures, attacks and third-party outages can interrupt the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account. Material or repeated violations may result in restrictions or termination, subject to applicable notice and appeal rights.

Law and contact
